(5 BUSINESS DAYS PER WEEK MAX OR FEWER IF THERE ARE ANY HOLIDAYS)
HOLIDAY SCHEDULE: May 1-2 and May 9, 2008 ARE OFFICIAL HOLIDAYS IN RUSSIA.
Consulates and Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be closed during these dates. We will not be able to process visas during these days. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
FOR CANADIAN CITIZENS. We won't be able to secure Russian visas unless you provide us with copy of GREEN CARD. You must apply for Russian visas in Canada. We will be glad to provide you with visa support/voucher.
Our fees already include official mandatory invitation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Interior or a necessary tourist voucher or invitation, consular fee, one overnight FedEx delivery to the Consulate or Consulate courier service and our service fee.
All of the following documents must be received by our office before processing your Russian visa request:
- Your actual passport with at least 2 blank visa-designated pages. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months after intended departure from Russia
- One passport-size photograph
- If you apply for a visa valid for more than 3 months you must submit HIV Test (AIDS) Certificate.

ATTENTION! NEW CONSULAR FEES: As of January 1, 2008 the U.S. State Department raises the fee for American visa from $100 to $131. On the basis of reciprocity the fee for Russian visa (standard processing time SIX (6) business days) is also raised by $31 from $158 to $189 effective from January 14, 2008. The fees for EXPEDITE visa processing will remain unchanged.
VISA REGISTRATION
According to Russian law, you must register your Russian visa within 3 business days after your arrival. Visas can be registered either at a hotel (free of charge) where you’re staying or at inviting organization office. Registration fees vary from $20 to $80 depending on type of visa. We will provide written registration procedures to you after we receive your order.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Travel & Visa Pro acts only as an agent, and only Embassy/consular officials and U.S. Passport Office agents make the final determination when deciding how fast a visa or passport will be issued and for what period of time (validity) visas can be issued. U.S. Passport Services reserve the right to prioritize the processing according to the departure date provided by the applicant. Embassy/consulate officials also have the right to ask for additional documentation in order to issue a passport or visa. Travel & Visa Pro accepts no responsibility for the services of the Passport Agency or Embassy/Consulate in connection with the granting of passports or visas, nor for any delays, loss of passports or other materials occasioned by such services or by any delivery services such as FedEx, UPS, or the US Postal Service. Damage compensation is not available. In the case where a visa or passport application has been canceled or rejected, the service fee will be non refundable. In case mistake is made on our part in dates/names, please notify us within 12 hours after receipt of your visa for necessary corrections to be made. If your trip has been postponed or dates are changed, some consulates permit visa correction for a fee.
